Smashing Magazine's article on web navigation... →
Nice review of some popular styles. Many of the examples are site’s I’ve never heard of before. It’s worth noting that with a few exceptions, all of the screen shots are of basic primary site navigation that was mostly designed for aesthetic purposes and not to solve a particular design problem.

SXSW Web Awards Finalists →
None of the entries under CSS seem all that special to me, and most of the nicest looking ones are heavy on Flash. Hopefully some rational gets posted- I’m wondering if there are parts of these sites that I didn’t see that are awesome, or maybe something else I didn’t notice.

VirtualBox: An Alternative to Parallels and... →
I’ve recently switched from Parallels to Fusion, which seems to be more stable and polished at this point. More competition in this field can only be a good thing. Hopefully I’ll have a chance to give VirtualBox a test drive soon.

Cameron Moll’s technique for getting a new design rolling. Really good advice- I do about half of these things, and wish I did the others.
